the other day i boxed up my bike and most everything i'm going to take, or what i think i will need, or what i think i may need, or what i think i won't be able to buy over there or what i had laying around here and didn't feel like buying new when i get over there. i really don't think i have an idea how to pack for this. not everything is in the box, i still need to pick up a thing or two. and i'm still undecided on how much clothes to bring.
i had some webbing/straps laying around so i just strapped everything to the frame. i left the rear wheel on, pulled off the handlebars, took off the seat and took off the pedals. that was pretty much all the disassembly i did. and apparently the walls of my tires have very effective reflectors...
i haven't decided yet if i'll take my beard. it might be too hot.
the box will sit with jp until early march when i have him ship it to singapore.
